GEORGE D. COFFMAN

George D. Coffman plays a key role in maintaining Athena’s reputation for providing honest and realistic construction estimates. George oversees pricing, solicitation and review of scopes, bids, negotiated and public and private bid projects. With a staff of four, he works closely with the project managers and superintendents to constantly update our divisions production rates and supplier pricing. George manages the public bid projects and delivering punctual bid.

George’s expertise lies in value engineering. Supplying options to assist in the tight budget projects and identifying material supplier options. Our clients appreciate our deep understanding of the project needs, as well as our finely honed value engineering skills. Our commercial clients appreciate our proven abilities in providing cost certainty and schedule adherence.
