Geroge Coffman and Mike Huff are broadly experienced on projects such as casinos remodels, resorts, hospitals, parking garages, prisons, multi-story hotels, retirement, medical facilities, various retail build-out and restoration of shopping malls. George and Mike’s assignments have required extensive use of analytical, communication, negotiating, budgeting, design and scheduling skills. Managed estimating, accounting and operational staffs. Their positions have ranged from Senior Estimator, Conceptual Estimator, Chief Estimator, On-site Senior Project Manager, Operations Director, Project Executive and Preconstruction Director and Director of Construction.

Athena Construction works with Clients to understand their needs and coordinate internal estimating toward the project goals, schedule and budgets to comply with clients company goals. Assist in the preparation of conceptual bids and qualification outline, budgetary and final estimates historical logs, prepare bid packages and solicit subcontractor proposals, negotiate and prepare subcontractor buyouts and agreements, coordinate post estimate meetings with operations to verify and consolidate their operational concerns, value-engineering outline, construct ability review of blueprints, specifications, proposals, contract documentation’s, review data to determine materials and labor requirements, and prepare itemized list, award contracts, develop and maintain construction and design schedule.
